We at HerPanache.com take a lot of pride in bringing you the hottest, most unique fashion selections possible. As your personal shoppers, we do our absolute best to bring you just as much quality as we do style!! For this, some items are ordered directly from the manufacturer/vendor and then shipped to you. In effort to protect the integrity of your items, we generally process all orders within 72 business hours and ship via UPS or USPS with tracking & insurance. 

If you order a "pre-order" item that has a certain release date, it is important for you to understand that the listeed "release date" is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to change. Once your "pre-order" item is released, it is then shipped to our facility and then inspected for immediate shipment to you. Orders are processed in the order in which they were received and we do not gurantee availablility. 

Please note that the screen resolution of your device plays a BIG part in how our items may be presented to you which means that the actual colors may vary. In addition, our short item description/title is based off personal perception and may not be the same way you perceive it. For this, it is important to contact us via the "live chat" or "ask a question" feature on our website if you have any questions or concerns about a particular product. 

If you are one of very many that LOVE our selection of comforter (bedding) sets, we would like for you to know that they generally come in 12-14 pound boxes and that they are NOT eligible for any other shipment method than the "Economy" unless otherwise advised. Please contact us if you need your new comforter set any sooner so that we can provide you an accurate shipment rate.

The shipment calculator is there for your purchasing pleasure so that you can jot down the estimated arrival date. We do not recommend that you attempt to guess or expect the items to arrive any sooner than the time listed (please select your shipping method carefully so that you will allow yourself enough time to receive your items accordingly). These delivery dates do NOT include any unforseen events that make take place with the courier (exceptions/delays). If your item gets lost or stolen, we will be happy to replace your item AFTER the proper investigation process has taken place.

For security purposes, we absolutely do NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses. 

As much as we would like to, not all items are eligible for overnight shipping. If you happen to purchase an item that is NOT eligible for overnight shipping, we will contact you and/or issue a refund for the more appropriate shipping method. 

Please be advised that unless the items are what we consider to be "dead on arrival" (DOA), HerPanache.com will enforce the “EXCHANGE ONLY” policy. Each policy will go as follows:

  • EXCHANGE ONLY: If upon receipt of your purchase from HerPanache.com, you determine that the item(s) need to be exchanged (i.e. another size or color), you must report it within 48 hours of receipt of purchase by sending an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Please be sure to include the order number, images of the item and your valid contact information in the e-mail. You must then ship the unworn item back, in good quality, with appropriate tracking and insurance service through your carrier of choice. This must be done within the following 7 days  after you have initiated the request for exchange. Once you have received the tracking/insurance information, please forward the information to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Upon receipt of your product(s), HerPanache.com will inspect your items and contact you via the contact information provided to advise whether or not your items are eligible for exchange. If you are indeed eligible, we will request the new item(s) that you desire and process accordingly. Please be advised that there may be a chance that your item(s) of choice may NOT be available and that it is best to have 2nd and 3rd choice options ready. HerPanache.com will then ship your item(s) of choice to the address provided and cover the applicable shipping fees for that particular item. !!!IMPORTANT!!! If you fail to return your items for exchange according to the aforementioned exchange policy, HerPanache.com reserves the right to reject your package and/or charge a 30% restocking fee.
  • DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA): If you receive an item that is damaged and would like to submit an item for DOA review, you must do so within 24 hours of receipt of your order by e-mailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. The e-mail MUST include your order number, item description, contact info and images of the item(s) that are being submitted. Upon receipt of your submission, HerPanache.com will review and advise approval status within 48 hours. If approved, you must send the item(s) back, complete with the original packaging, tracking and insurance through your carrier of choice within 72 hours. HerPanache.com will then initiate the claim's process with the appropriate carrier responsible for the damage and you will be issued a refund or store credit for the item(s) including applicable shipping fees. Your store credit will come in the form of an EXCLUSIVE coupon code that will be good for one use and be valid for one full calendar year or until you use the coupon code (whichever sooner). If you opt out of the store credit option, HerPanache.com will process your refund within 3-5 business days after the DOA process of your item(s) has been completed. Your refund will be sent through the same payment system that you ordered your item(s) and an e-mail notification will be sent to the contact information provided.   • NON-PAYMENT OF SHIPPING FEES: If you opt in for an inappropriate shipping service at checkout (i.e. Space Saver or International Shipping),HerPanache.com will contact you as soon as possible and send you a link to pay the difference for the appropriate shipping service. You will then have 48 hours to pay the difference in shipping. Failure to pay for the difference in shipping will result in a 30% restocking fee and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
  • REFUSED and/or UNDELIVERED PACKAGES: All refused shipments will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise(s). The shipping fee is non-refundable. All undelivered packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present / failure to claim will result in a 20% restocking fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
