Why am I not being allowed to select a payment method?!

If you have not put in your "BILL TO & SHIPMENT INFORMATION", the system will not allow you to select a payment method and proceed through checkout. Please complete the appropriate fields by clicking "Add/Edit billing address information" on the checkout screen. You will be routed to this link: https://www.herpanache.com/index.php/account-login-maintenance/editaddresscartBT Once you have done that, please complete the appropriate fields (as a registered member or as a guest) and click the appropriate button at the bottom of the screen. The details will populate on the checkout screen and you should then be able to select a payment method and proceed to checkout. Do I have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase??

PayPal is considered to be one of the most secure ways to make on-line payments. Please be advised that you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to make payment for your purchase(s). When you are going through the checkout process, you are welcome to select Paypal as your payment method. Upon doing so, please follow the prompts until your order is confirmed. Once your order is confirmed, you will be taken to the PayPal payment portal where you can select the way you want to pay. You will have the option either log into PayPal OR click "Don't have a PayPal account?" which will enable you to pay as a guest. It will then open to another screen where you can simply put in your debit or credit card information and all other required information to complete your transaction. PayPal will process Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express payments and send you a receipt to the e-mail address provided.

Is PayPal the only way that I can make a payment?

No. We also accept Google Checkout or you can complete a "Purchase Order" form and submit your payment via mail with a cashier's check or money order. Please be advised that there are many customers who frequent our website and that due to the demand, if you choose to pay by mail, we cannot guarantee that your item will be available when your payment arrives. Upon receipt of your payment, we will confirm availability of your item and process accordingly. If your item is no longer available, we will contact you to see if you have another item that you would like to order, be issued a store credit or a refund. Yes, we do ship internationally. There is a flat rate fee of $49.99 that will enable your item(s) to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. In effort to help save you money, we will pack as many of your items in one the box as possible (up to 25 pounds). For this, we may remove shoes from their original boxes. How do I check the status of my order?!

At HerPanache.com, there are only 4 order status indications: Pending, Confirmed, Shipped or Canceled. Orders that are indicated as "Pending" means that the order has been logged into the system, but has not yet been confirmed through a valid payment method. "Confirmed" orders mean that the order has been logged and paid for accordingly. Please be advised that if you do not have a receipt from PayPal or Google Checkout, your order has not been confirmed. Once your order has been processed, your order will then go to "Shipped" status. Generally, you will receive a notification from at least 1 of 3 systems: PayPal/Google Checkout, Shipping Easy or the HerPanache.com system with your tracking number. If you do not see the e-mail with your shipping information, please be sure to check your spam folder. Orders are listed as "Canceled" when some or all items were found to be out of stock at the time of processing. PayPal/Google Checkout will send you an e-mail with the exact amount that has been canceled/refunded. Please be sure to cross reference that amount with your order to determine what items will not be available upon arrival of your package from us at HerPanache.com.
